Seeking what God calls good
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved reading. Whether it was being read to or reading whatever I could get my hands on when I learned to read, I have always loved books. So it made sense for me to pursue a career in libraries. For eight years, I worked in children’s department in public libraries and loved learning about children’s literature, early literacy and publishing. But the more I learned, the more I saw how the publishing agenda was not in line with what God calls good.
